Yesterday i was Travelling on a plane and i got to see something that really got me thinking. It was somthing that i always new but had never really thought about.

When i landed in England i was greeted by a very typical english foggy day. I don't know wethere you know but i have been going through a bit of a stessful time at the minute and I have been a little down. At this point i am going to appologize for the bad metaphor in advance so consider yourself warned.

The foggy day made me think about how life can get you down and you can't see anything but the dreary grey sky, But you forget that just above those clods there is a beautiful blue sky and the sun is shining. Sometimes it is so easy to only see the bad and not realise that the good is just there you just have to look through the bad to get to the good.

You need to find something to help you get through the bad times and help you see the good. I've found something that helps me get through and now i know that the blu sky is there i just can't quite see it.

So I guess the point of sharing this little metaphore with you was to show you that even if you are going through a roughtime that doesn't change the good that is in your life if you concentrate on the good and focus on the futre and what is to come. You will find you will be a lot happier and be able to keep the negatives at bay.
