There are also two meeting and exhibition rooms, the operator’s office, and a mail/parcel delivery zone allocated within this area.
Levels 3 to 8 contain the studio bedrooms in double bank arrangement, of which two per floor are disabled-accessible bedrooms, giving a total of 5% of disabled-accessible bedrooms in the development.
