With a 24 hour access card, you can access the gym around the clock, 7 days a week. For membership enquiries, gym tours, etc., our staffed hours are:

 

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 10:00 and 15:00 – 18:00

Saturday 11:00 – 13:00
